Removal of asbestos and lead paint work will also be included. All work related to the Model Shop (Room No. 108) is not in contract (NIC) Exceptions to this statement will be any work that needs to be done in this room that will support the function of other areas in this contract. Piping demolition in room 108, including since it affects the function of other areas in this contract. This project is unrestricted. Estimated cost range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
