54 -- PREFABRICATED OFFICE TRAILERS SOL F10603-96-B0007. Due 032296. POC Everett K. Thompson/William M. Conner (208) 828-6477. The work consists of the fabrication, delivery, and set-up of eighteen (18) trailers (17,640 sf total), each trailer will be 14' by 70' and configured, and tied together in three groups to form three (5,880 sf each) separate facilities, as indicated on the drawings. The room layout will be typically administration for each group of trailers. Each group of six trailers will have their own power panel and HVAC. A main sewer connection will be provided for connection to an existing manhole on site, a main water supply connection will be provided which will be connected to a main water line on the site. The contractor will provide six (6) sets of metal steps as indicated on the drawings. The landings for exterior doors and the covered walkway and gazebo will be provided by others. Each of the three groups of trailers will have their own propane fired heating system and cooling system. There will be a unique floor loading in two rooms located in one group and one special security room. Interior finishes are outlined in the specifications. Requests for solicitations must be in writing. Requests should also include telephone number, zip code (and +4) and information as to whether your organization is a small business. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. Interested SB concerns should notify our office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as early as possible but no later than 14 days after publication of this notice. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
