Psychrometer with CASE, sling, pocket type, type V shall be IAW Commercial item descriptiona-a-2579 dated may 2,1988 and shall be furnished complete with both thermometers on a metal base, one installed Wick, chain, handle, and slide rule. The components shall be inserted into a plastic pocket CASE with a plastic or metalinsert, the instructions may be inserted into or secured around the CASE. EA is unit of issue.
