Taylor Engineering, Inc., Brookeville, MD, on a sole source basis to acquire one lot of SRM 2070, a scanning electron microscope (SEM) magnification standard. The Contracting Officer has determined in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 that M.E. Taylor Engineering, Inc., is the only responsible source and no other will satisfy NIST technical requirements for the delivery of SRM 2070 within the required 60-90 days after NIST releases the electro-deposited specimens.
