Sedillo, (713) 483-9730 NASA/JSC plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for graphics, publications, administrative services, library services, printing, mail, public information services; television operations, engineering, maintenance reappirs, video production and archiving; videoteleconferencing; photograohy, photo processing and archiving; media planing for mission activities, video/audio operatiions and services, photo/video library services; publications and library support. The Government anticipates a period of performance of seven years consisting of a basic period of two years, one 4-year option and one 1-year option. A cost-plus-award-fee, completion form contract is contemplated. This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside under SIC Code 8744. The contract will contain a large, small disadvantaged business subcontracting goal of 40% of total costs expended. For purposes of this procurement, a small disadvantaged business is one that meets the definition of FAR 52.219-2. The Government plans to release a draft RFP on or about February 16, 1996 and follow with site tours and preproposal conference.
