This action is to acquire an initial quantity of environmental protection devices through a sole source, fixed price contract to Alladin Plastics, Inc., P.O. Box 129, Phipps Bend Road, Surgoinsville, TN 37873-0129. Alladin is the only producer to offer the knowledge of process controls that will provide satisfactory deliveries per the modification by the required date for qualification testing.
