US Army Dugway Proving Ground, Utah is soliciting for a contract to provide scientific personnel to support the US Army Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), West Desert Test Center's (WDTC's) environmental compliance and remediation test technology test program and its directly associated Open Burning and Open Detonation (OB/OD) testing program. Using the OB/OD Thermal Treatment Emissions Study, conducted by the US Army Armament, Munitions and Chemical Command (AMCCOM), and published under the title, ``Development of Methodology and Technology for Identifying and Quantifying Emission Products from Open Burning and Open Detonation Thermal Treatment Methods (Six Volume Report)'' as the guide, the contractor will be required to address and resolve OB/OD testing issues of a technical nature as they arise; provide scientific support in the refinement and development of OB/OD testing procedures and methodologies; provide conceptual design for additional test facilities and test methods which will accommodate test items not suitable for testing in current facilities.
