This will be a firm fixed price modification for the current year plus three remaining option years. Commercial item acquisition procedures will be used when applicable. ADAC Laboratories is the designer, developer and sole producer of the Argus Gamma Camera System, and is the only known source that can provide the remedial and preventive maintenance service with ADAC Laboratories' factory trained personnel and ADAC Laboratories' proprietary parts and materials which can fulfill this requirement.
