Zangwill, (301)443-2750 The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals to provide Health Care for the Homeless (HCH) grantees with training, support services, and written materials to enhance the grantees ability to provide critical services for homeless individuals. This procurement will provide key support for the HCH Branch in meeting several objectives that are a part of the overall HCH program to include an annual national HCH conference, maintenance of a resource library on HCH policy and program issues, publish and dessemination of a quarterly newsletter covering HCH issues and development of drafts necessary to produce the annual Report to Congress. This requirement will be three year effort. This proposed contract is a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Offerors from concerns other than small businesses will not be considered.
