The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting proposals for the treatment and subsequent production of a 15- to 22-minute interpretive video program about Mrs. Lady Bird Johnson. The program shall be shot in 16mm film or Betacam SP format, then transferred and edited in video for presentation via laserdisc. Estimated completion date is May 1997. All producers included on QVPL may request and respond to the Request for Proposal (RFP). Your QVPL number must accompany your request.
