The Government has a requirement for the operation and management of a Copy Center located at NOAA's Western Regional Center, Seattle, Washington. Projected annual copy volume is 7,500,000 exposures based on Fiscal Year 1994 production. 90% of this total is 8.5'' x 11'' bond and 75% of the bond paper is 100% recycled. Services to be provided include basic copying, color copying, oversized copying, binding, laminating, printed tabs, heavy-duty stapling, three-hole punching, heavy-duty trimming, folding, address printing, tabbing folded products, and record keeping. The Contractor shall also provide all supplies and provide full service maintenance of the government furnished copying equipment. The period of performance is August 1, 1996 through July 31, 1997 with options to extend up to four one-year periods. The solicitation will be issued O/A March 1, 1996.
