This requirement is for leasing of one (1) 40,000 cu foot tubular nitrogen trailer with regulator that will supply 2000 psi at source. The regulator will verify the amount of product in the nitrogen trailer. Once the nitrogen trailer is below a predetermined pressure then the nitrogen trailer can no longer provide 2000 psi as reqired. Once a year the nitrogen trailer shall be picked-up by the contrator and recharged to original 40,000 cu ft. The decision for pick up shall be determined by the Motor Test Branch Personnel. Material to be shipped to the Receiving Officer, Indian Head Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, 101 Strauss Avenue, Indian Head, Md. 20640-5035. Delivery Schedule is 01 Oct 96 through 30 Sep 97 with options for four (4) additional years. Contract action will be full and open competition.
