Description of Work: Project TMKH941009 (L.I. 6065000): Repair/Install spill containment for Pump Houses 800, 818, 820 and 822. This includes spill containment pavement, drain piping with oil/water separator or collection waste tanks. Project TMKH951009 (L.I. 6067000): Replace existing receipt and transfer pumps, flow control valves; electrical controls and piping at Pump House 155. Project TMKH951010 (L.I. 6068000): Repair existing jet fuel receipt and fill stand area at Facility 155. Replace failed/deteriorated concrete/asphalt pavement which no longer provides spill containment nor support of refueling vehicles. Replace off-loading header with above ground piping header and doubled walled transfer piping below grade. Provide header with proper spacing and isolation valves, emergency stops and connection hoses. Replace lighting to allow safe operation during twilight hours. Network Analysis System will not be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Charge for solicitation documents is $30. Make check payable to F&A Officer.
