Z -- MAINSTEM CHANNEL AND DETENTION SITE - PHASE III/COOLEY CREEK CHANNEL AND DETENTION SITES - PHASE I, MINGO CREEK LOCAL PROTECTION PROJECT, ARKANSAS RIVER WATERSHED, TULSA, OKLAHOMA SOL DACW56-96-B-0035 DUE 032896 POC Chief, Contracting Division, 918/669-7275. Work consists of construction of one detention site on the Mingo mainstem and two detention sites and channel improvements on the Cooley Creek tributaries portion of the Mingo Creek watershed in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The work includes clearing and grubbing, common excavation of approximately 360,000 cubic yards, construction of earthen berms, construction of concrete box structures, headwalls and trickle channels, construction of two control structures on the mainstem, construction of channel improvements including a concrete bottom and grass sideslopes, and relocation of utilities. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. An advanced non-refundable fee of $62.00 (half size) and $125.00 (full size) is required for each set of plans and specifications.
