The work includes the removal of A.C. pavement over Portland Cement Concrete (P.C.C.) pavement, P.C.C. pavement, rails, ties, tie plates, and ballast and installing subgrade, ballast, geotechtile fabric, new ties, existing rails, 8-inch reinforced P.C.C. pavement, striping and incidental related work.
