The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has a requirement to provide scheduled repairs (estimated 4160 hours per year), technical assistance (estimated 150 hours per year), on call emergency repairs (estimated 48 hours per year), and upgrades (estimated 10,000 hours per year)in accordance with evaluation criteria in the solicitation for approximately 162 elevators, 10 dumbwaiters, and 4 escalators in the buildings located on the NIH Bethesda campus. The period of performance shall be for a base period of 12 months with four successive one-year option year periods. All responsible sources may submit offers.
