Louis metropolitan area will be issued. The requirement will be for the furnishing of copiers, accessories, furnishing and delivery of supplies (exceptpaper), emergency repair service, periodic preventive maintenance and key operator training. Copier requirements have been broken down into seven volumebands, defined as follows; volume band IA, 15 copies per minute, 0-2,500 copies per month; volume band IB, 15 copies per minute, 2,501-5,000 copies per month; volume band II, 20 copies per minute, 5,001-15,000 per month; volume band III,30 copies per minute, 15,001-30,000 per month; volume band IV, 45 copies perminute, 30,001-50,000 per month; volume band V, 55 copies per minute,50,001-80,000 per month; volume band VI, 60 copies per minute, 80,001-100,000 copies per month. An estimate of 569 machines has been Given for the Kansas City area and 312 machines for the St. Louis area. All copiers offered shall be the manufactures most recent production models, either new or newly remanufactured.
