The requirement will be for the furnishing of copiers, accessories, furnishing and delivery of supplies (except paper), emergency repair service, periodic preventive maintenance and key operator training. Copier requirements have been broken down into four classes, defined as follows; class I, 15 copies per minute, 0-5,000 copies per month; class II, 20 copies perminute, 5,001-15,000 copies per month; class III, 30 copies per minute,15,001-30,000 copies per month, class IV, 45 copies per minute, 30,001-50,000 copies per month. An estimate of 192 machines has been Given for thisrequirement. All copiers offered shall be the manufactures most recent production models, either new or newly remanufactured.
