As a minimum the system shall be capable of the following: shall detect UV fluorescence for particles size 1-15 micron; shall detect particle size based on aerodynamic equivalent and light scatter separately; shall contain a UV laser source; and shall have an inlet air flow of 1 liter per minute and sheath air flow of 4 liter per minute for interface to an aerosol particle collector.
