Rucco (404) 752-2752 (Site Code DAKF11) HQ Forces Command, Army Atlanta Contracting Center (AACC) intends to issue a DRAFT solicitation, using full and open competition, for cost-per-copy copier service at 16 installations. The services requested will require the contractor provide copier services to include equipment (four volume bands), all supplies (except paper), labor, all necessary maintenance and repair of equipment, and training of key operators. Copiers will be located at the following installations: Forts: Bragg, Campbell, Hood, Carson, Drum, Lewis, Devens, McCoy, Meade, McPherson, Riley, Stewart, Benning, Indiantown Gap, A.P. Hill, and Presidio of Monterey. A requirements type contract with a base period plus three one year option periods is anticipated. The planned release date for the DRAFT solicitation is 29 February 96 with proposal receipt date scheduled for 22 March 96. The request for the DRAFT solicitation must be in writing, accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashier's check, or money order payable to the US Treasury Dept in the amount of $50.00 per package.
