The previous notice was inadvertently cutoff at approximately the midpoint of the notice. The following text is the correct notice in its entirety: Folders, Manila Color, 2 Pocket, straight cut, dimensions: front leaf (cover) 7'' x 12'', right leaf (middle cover) 7 1/2'' x 12'' and rear leaf (cover) 9 1/2'' x 12'', an estimated 1,450 cases of 300 folders. The Social Security Administration (SSA) anticipates awarding a firm, fixed-price, requirements type contract with two, 1-year option periods, if exercised. The quantities for each of the option periods are an estimated 1,500 cases of 300 folders. All deliveries of the base year quantity shall be made within 120 days after the Project Officer approval of the first article in accordance with Section I-3 of the solicitation. All deliveries of the option year's quantities shall be made within 120 days after the placement of a delivery order in accordance with Section I-5 of the solicitation. Delivery of all quantities of folders shall be made to the Social Security Administration, Hanover, MD 21076. It is anticipated that an Invitiation for Bids (IFB) will be issued around April 4, 1996, with bids due 30 days later. Only written requests for the solicitation will be honored. Bids from all responsible sources will be considered. This is a 100 percent small business set-aside. See Numbered Note 1.
