Chandler, Contracting Officer, AMSAT-A PMCB (314)263-0716. Aviation Vibration Analyzer(AVA) Engineering Technical Representative (ETR), Qty of (2) two each. There will be two (2) regional support sites. One ETR will be located at Ft. Rucker, AL and one ETR at San Diego, CA. The ETR from Ft. Rucker will facilitate support for the Eastern United States and USAREUR. The ETR in San Diego will facilitate support for the Western United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Panama, and Korea. The ETRs shall serve as the initial point of contact in the communication/support link for worldwide AVA users. The ETRs shall provide technical/procedural assistance through scheduled site visits and coordination. The services shall be provided for a period of 365 days. These services will be procured from an approved source, Scientific-Atlanta,Inc., under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) FAR 6.302-1. The time required for approval of new suppliers/services is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. (0039)
