Davis Tel: 410-965-9591 The Social Security Administration (SSA) is seeking to identify vendors who can provide service on a Bell and Howell EI 10,000 Automated Electronic Inserting Mailing System Model A496-1C10 Serial Number 39-3759 and a Phillipsburg Master Mailer II Inserter CMZ-6 located at the Social Security Administration, Security West Building, Baltimore, Maryland. The period of performance will be July 1, 1996 through June 30, 1997 with 4 one-year option periods. Contractor shall provide on-call onsite maintenance service with a 4-hour response time. Service to include all labor, documentation, repair parts, maintenance supplies, tools, test equipment, transportation and other related services during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Overtime will be authorized on an as needed basis. Preventive maintenance to be performed every month. This is a request for vendor product information and not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Interested vendors who can furnish the required service are invited to submit in writing a substantial statement clearly demonstrating comparable quality of service offered. No cost or pricing data is required or requested. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided.
