The contractor will provide administrative and management support in the implementation of procedures for receiving, reviewing and reaching funding decisions on grant applications submitted in response to discretionary grant solicitations. This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns. The standard SIC Code is 8742. The estimated period of performance is 12 months with 1 one-year option to extend the contract. The solicitation will be issued on or about February 22, 1996.
