PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITIES CONFERENCE AND EXPOSITION `96 The Directors of the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization and the Federal Small Business Technology Council announce the 6th Annual Procurement Opportunities Conference and Exposition for small, minority, and women-owned businesses and prime contractors. The event will be held on Thursday, April 18, 1996 at the Show Place Arena in Upper Marlboro, MD. This one-day conference, workshop and exposition will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and will target small businesses with capabilities in the following SIC codes: 3761, 3764, 7371, 7375, 7379, 8711, 8731, and 8742. More than 30 major agencies of the Federal Government and their prime contractors will be available for one day only to educate firms about important new programs/policies and business opportunities within the Federal Government that will affect their business now and in the future. Firms will benefit by being able to market their products/services to; and pursue subcontracting opportunities with; on-hand procurement representatives from each Federal government agency and their prime contractors.
