Services will be required in the primary Cities of Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk and Virginia Beach, in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and will include as required facilities located within the geographic area bounded by: District of Columbia state line to the North; Virginia state line to the South; Atlantic Ocean to the East; and Interstate 95 to the West. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside, SIC Code 7381. Contract award will be for a one year base period of performance, with the possibility of four consecutive one year option periods. The base period of performance is expected to begin on July 1, 1996, and end on 06/30/97.
