The contractor shall be responsible for designing and constructing an approximate 3,432 SF Outdoor Recreation Equipment Rental Facility and 180 SF Repair Shop. The project includes design of the facility, preparation of construction documents, and construction of the facility. The principal items of construction include but are not limited to site work, landscaping, paving, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and interior and exterior building finishes for the new rental facility and repair shop. Preliminary design concept and mandatory requirements of the building will be included in the solicitation package. Contract will be a firm-fixed price contract for the design/construction of the building. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
