Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to perform repairs to the pier sewer lines at U.S. Coast Guard Station St. Ignace, MI. Work includes but is not limited to the following: Removal of existing sanitary sewer manhole; replacement of existing sanitary sewer lines on the pier; installation of a new precast concrete lift station; installation of a new precast concrete valve vault; installation of a new sanitary sewer lines; removal of existing north sanitary sewer shore tie and installation of new sanitary sewer shore tie; installation of two new alternating submersible sewage pumps and related PVC piping, pump control system, alarms and electrical supply; and installation of new heat trace and insulation on new and existing sanitary sewer shore tie above ground piping. Unit Bid Item - Provide estimated 24 each commercial septic truck visits to collect sewage from CGC Biscayne Bay during the construction. Service based on 24 sewage collections of 900 gallons each.
