JOHNSON, CONTRACTING OFFICER INSTALLATION OF MEZZANINES: Work includes but is not limited to suppling all plant, labor, equipment and materials to install two (2) each painted steel Mezzanines of approximate dimesions of 17'-0''W X 44'0''L X 8'-6'' and 21'0''W X 22'-0''L X 10-0'' (contractor shall field verify). Mezzanines shall be pre-engineered design by the manufacturer for a uniform live load of 125 pounds per square foot and meet all specifications in Statement of Work. Mezzanines shall be freestanding and self supporting without attachments to any existing building walls or roof, may us existing columns if needed. Mezzanine manufacturer shall have minimum of five years of experience in the production of mezzanines. Installation shall be performed by mezzanine manufacturer trained and/or approved installers. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. All reponsible sources may submit a bid that will be considered by the agency.
