The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Exotic Materials, Inc. The proposed contract action is for Exotic Materials, Inc. to provide the government twenty NMMS upper shroud TVS window assemblies that will be form, fit, and function to existing NMMS upper shroud without modification to the existing NMMS turret. A fixed price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It is anticipated that delivery will be required 60 days after effective date of award. Delivery terms will be FOB destination NSWC Crane, Crane, IN. All responsible sources may solicit a proposal which will be considered.
