This is a notice of intent from the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) to contract on a 100% set-aside basis for small business concerns. NRL has a requirement for a Infrared Imaging and Recording System which will consist of two (2) components: Inframetrics Select Hand Held Thermal Imager (part number 07874-201) brand name or equal and Metrum Recorder Data Storage/Playback Unit (model number RSR 512) brand name or equal. The Metrum Recorder Data Storage/Playback Unit must have the following options: 16 channel analog input (4 pole filter), 8 channel analog output, high speed digital output, operators manual, maintenance manual, transit case, mobile cart, remote control w/5 m cable and 20 T-120 metrum certified error free recording tapes. A detailed Statement of Work will be issued with the solicitation. Required delivery date will be June, 10, 1996. Numbered Note 1 is applicable to this synopsis.
