Synopsis No. 055-96. The U.S. Army Missile Command has a requirement for a period of 5 years for a Signal Generator, SG1207A()/U in accordance with purchase description/performance Specs TEMOD 96-01, Revision C, dated 13 Nov 95. This requirement is to be procured by the use of the TEMOD two-step sealed bidding procedures. Step One to be a Letter Request for 3 Bid Samples-Step Two to be under sealed bid procedures for an estimated minimum quantity of 300 each (which includes 13 first article units), estimated maximum quantity of 3600 each. Options are to be included but not be limited to data, spare parts, contractor storage, interim contrator support etc. Anticipated delivery for the initial production quantity is 41 units commencing 600 days after contract award and 50 units per months thereafter until completion. The proposed procurement listed herein is solicited unrestricted. An evaluation shall be performed to determine eligibility to advance to Step II solely on the merits of the bid samples submitted.
