Howe, (202)690-5552 The Department of Health and Human Services intends to negotiate with Praxis International, Inc., 500 Old Connecticut Path, Framingham, MA 01701, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to award a contract to provide maintenance and support for Model 204 Data Base Management System software. Model 204 is a licensed software product owned by Praxis International, Inc. The purpose of this synopsis is to determine whether there may be other sources with necessary requisite qualifications to perform the work described above. Any organization capable of performing the stated maintenance and support should submit a statement of capabilities with documentation supporting its ability to meet the Government's requirements as described above.
