F -- ROAD MAINTENANCE (159/200) SOL SOL R6-11-96-6 DUE 040496 POC Contracting Officer, Clyde Hooper, 503/471-6600 Work consists of performing road maintenance activities on the Chetco (Bid Item 1) and Gold Beach (Bid Item 2) Ranger Districts including, but not limited to, ditch cleaning, slide removal, cleaning culverts, and roadside brushing. This will be an indefinite quantities contract. Award will be made by total individual bid item. If one Contractor receives award of both bid items, Contractor shall be required to perform work concurrently on both bid items. Approximate start work date is 050196 for each bid item; estimated contract timeis 215 calendar days. Each bidder must submit a bid guarantee with bid in the amount of 20 percent of the total bid price.
