Wardro p,202/708-4900 The General Services Administration (GSA) requests Letters of Interest in a negotiated Construction Management (CM) for a professional services contract at and for the Phased Renovation of the ICC/CW/USCS and Ariel Rios North Buildings, Washington, DC. Services to include performance of, but not limited to the following: project management and planning services, design phase services (excluding actual design), procurement phase services, construction phase services, reimbursable supplemental services, claims, testing, inspection and miscellaneous services. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract with a Base and four (4) Options for the Phased Construction. Additional services may augment the above, as necessary, by the issuing of orders in contract year 1 through 5. The current estimated construction range is between $150 and $220 million dollars for the projects. One contract will be awarded. All work will be performed according to GSA authorized and approved standards. This negotiated solicitation will be open to both small and large professional business firms. The firm (if not a Small Business) shall be required to present an acceptable Small Business and Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting Plan in accordance with Public Law 95-907 as part of its proposal. Consideration is open to established, qualified firms to perform professional services under FAR 22.1102, which currently have active, properly staffed offices within the continental United States (including subcontractors). The SIC code for this procurement is No. 8742 (size standard $5.0 million). Request For Proposals (RFP) will be available for issuance on or about MAY 1, 1996, and will be due 30 days thereafter. A limit of one (1) copy per firm, may be obtained by written request to Regina Crews or Ronald Noll at the above address. Requests for copies of this proposed procurement should be received in this office, not later than 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, in order to facilitate mailing of same to the extent copies are available. All qualified responsible firms are encouraged to participate in this procurement.
