Smith (804) 878-4005 (Site Code DABT60) The government intends to solicit and award a Cost Plus Award Fee contract for a base plus four option years for Misssion Support Services for the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) at Fort Polk, LA. The JRTC holds approximately 10 training rotations per year. The contractor shall provide continuous sequential scenario exercise planning, plans and support documents; provide Data Management of all rotational training data including collection, analysis and development of feedback; provide equipment warehousing and issuance of MILES equipment; Battle Field Effect replication and indirect fire marking support; audio visual and photographic support to include staffing and operating four theatres, 2 conference rooms and 2 mobile production centers; shall staff operations center for each rotation including scenario development, monitor tactical execution and exercise activities and scenario revision; provide configuration management for JRTC Data Collection; training feedback system, software support; provide personnel for role players as civilians on the battlefield.
