The Government requires approximately 139 double occupancy rooms, 20 single occupancy rooms, and 3 suites. The facility must provide valet laundry services, compact refrigerators in rooms, and a table in the reception area for in-processing of military personnel. Parking spaces for up to 6 sedans or vans at no additional cost to the Government are also required. All military personnel must be housed within a single facility located within a 3/4 mile radius of KIalakaua Avenue and Maluhia Road. Rooms are required for the period 7 - 21 June 1996. This procurement is unrestricted. SIC - 7011, Hotels and Motels Issue date is on or about 08 March 1996. Telephone requests will not be honored. Solicitation charge is $5.00 each.
