Dumdum, Contracting Officer at (671) 333-2925 or fax (671) 339-7243 This is an indefinite quantity contract to obtain various construction, repair, alterations and maintenance work at rates set forth in the Schedule of Indefinite Quantity work items. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to fulfill the requirements for each Statement of Work to be issued by the Contracting Officer as delivery orders. Contract minimum is $250,000.00. Contract term shall commence on date of award and shall be for a period of twelve (12) months or until the maximum amount of work has been ordered, whichever occurs first. Term of contract will be Base and Four (4) Options Years. Estimated dollar range is between $5.0 million and $10.0 million for the Base Year. This solicitation is unrestricted. If this contract is awarded to a large business concern for over $1.0 million, an approved subcontracting plan is required prior to award of contract. SIC 1541, Size $17.0 MIL.
