Combination firm fixed price and indefinite quantity contract to be awarded for an initial contract term for one year, commencing within 15 days after notice of award. The Government may extend the term of the contract for an additional one to twelve months, not to exceed 60 months. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside, the size standard for which a concern, including its affiliates, having an average annual sale or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5,000,000.00.
