Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for 2 each,
Innovage 2000-1 main unit c/w BELL 212A on-board modem (RJ11 jack),
DB-9 RS232 port, BNC sync/trigger port, DB-15 probe port and the 28 on
board tests, Innovage 2000-3-PRB logic probe c/w shielded probe cable,
Innovage 2000-4-RS cable package consisting of 1 cable 9 pin female DIN
both ends and one 9 pin male to 25 pin female gender changer, Innovage
2000-CB-RJ11 model cable c/w RJ11 jacks on both ends, Innovage
2000-200W-PWR external triple DC power supply providing +5VDC,
+/-12VDC, and power c/w 2 power cables and shielded cord, Innovage 2000
Docuboard Software, Innovage 2000-GenPod extended generic
microprocessor interface, microprocessor interfaces, I.O options, and
Windows compatible remote operation software. Required delivery will be
90 days after date of contract. The Standard Industrial Classification
(SIC) Code is 5895. These items are only known to be manufactured from
Innovage Technologies, Inc. Calgary, Alberta, Canada, because the items
are proprietary and must be compatible with existing equipment. These
items will be used to functionally test microprocessor/microcontroller
based circuit card assemblies used in the National Airspace System.
The Government does not have the technical data, plans, drawings or
specifications required for full and open competition. Other concerns
having the ability to furnish the above items are requested to give
written notification (including the name and telephone number of a
point of contact) to the procuring office listed in this notice, with
reference made to market survey file # 36-004, within 45 calendar days
from the date of this publication. Responses should provide
information regarding the ability of your concern to satisfy the
Government's requirement. All responses to this market survey will be
considered prior to further acquisition action by the Government. Any
information received as a result of this announcement will not be
provided to other contractors and will normally be considered solely
for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive
procurement. The final determination by the Government not to open this
requirement to competition, based on any information provided, is
