70 -- NOTICE SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE POC Contact Ruth Naber, (309) 782-8587, Contract Specialist The Rock Island (RIA) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with praxis International Inc.,500 Old Connecticut path, framingham, MA 01701 for the renewal of software licenses/maintenance of the following software installed on the AMDAHL CPU 5995-1100a, SN: 5505747 and the AMDAHL CPU 59951100a, SN: 405759: 1 EA Model 204 core system, product numberm204415; 1 EA workshop W/4GL, product number M204117; 1 EA horizon/ primary, product number M204411; 1 EA horizon/secondary, product number M204412; 1 EA security interfaces, product number M204401S;1 EA access/204, product number M204407. The operating system for the AMDAHL 5995-1100a CPU is MVS/ESA. The software maintenance shall include all updates releases, newsletters or manuals, and 24 hour telephone support. The period of performance shall be for 01 Apr 96 thru 30 Sep 96. A one year option for the period 01 Oct 96 thru 30 Sep 97 shall be included. Software in use at defense mega Center Rock Island. NO contract award will be made on the basis of offers/proposals received in response to this notice.
