RADAR TRACKER OR MULTI-RADAR TRACKER IN SUPPORT OF THE REGION/SECTOR
OPERATIONS CONTROL CENTER (R/SOCC) MODERNIZATION PROGRAM. HQ ESC/ENS
(PRISM) is seeking potential COTS/GOTS/NDI solutions to satisfy the
requirement for providing a radar or multi-radar Tracker for the
R/SOCC. It is anticipated that existing technologies and products can
satisfy this need. These existing technologies and or products are
expected to meet open system architectures (e.g., UNIX, POSIX, etc.),
emphasizing government and industry standards. As such, ESC/ENS is
attempting to identify potential sources and gather information of
readily available Radar Tracker or Multi-Radar Tracker. Sources are
invited to provide technical information, technical data/fact sheets,
background papers, studies, existing contract information, etc., and
availability of their product(s). The Radar Tracker or Multi-Radar
Tracker must interface with a large variety of existing radar. These
include all Air Route Surveillance Radar (ARSR), Tethered Aerostat
Radar System (TARS) radar, AN/FPS-124, AN/FPS-117, AN/FPS-93, and
others. Sources should include any information on the Tracker's
specific operational requirements, hardware, software environment, link
requirements, baud rates, message types (e.g., CDII), message formats.
Any existing RMA data is requested. Additionally, correlation
methodologies, capacities, filtering schema, operator controls and
track update methodologies information is sought. Information on
maneuvering and non-maneuvering aircraft parameters should be provided.
Commercial and/or military standards met by the device should be
included. Please provide current version and or release number and
briefly describe customer base. Currently, the R/SOCC's interface with
27-35 radar. This requirement is expected to significantly increase.

of this notice. All timely received information will be considered.
