The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Washington has a requirement to procure Analytical and Technical support as part of the Multi-Unit Training System (MUTTS) for the Fleet Combat Training Center, Atlantic. The overall objective of this procurement is to provide analytical and technical support to stimulate training, development and production of realistic scenarios and construct individual exercise packages for participants and control group observors. Specific tasks to be accomplished in association with the MUTTS program includes but is not limited to technical support for the following areas: Tactical Advanced Combat Direction and Electronic Warfare (TACDEW), TACDEW Modification and Upgrade, Battle Force Tactical Training (BFIT), Combat System Test Set (CSTS), and On-Board Trainers (OBT's).
