Design Study--FOB Destination. The objective is to perform a design
study and indoor range characterization on an Army missile system to
determine the feasibility of a cost effective, practical survivability
enhancement to this system to meet survivability requirements of
certain Army aviation systems. It is intended to award this contract to
Rockwell Aerospace, Tulsa, OK on a sole source basis. Rockwell has
established a unique database of signatures for the specific missile
system. All responsible sources may submit a bid or proposal which will
be considered by the Agency. No telephone requests will be honored. See
