Request anyone who previously responded to the Sources Sought synopsis, MNK 96-006, 18 Dec 95, and did not submit their assigned Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, submit by 15 Feb 96. Potential recipients of the RDSS supplemental package will be required to be export control certified, in accordance with DOD 5230.25, prior to receiving the supplemental package.
