Proposed acquisition of engineering services from the Longbow Joint Venture for development of a Blade Positioning System (BPS) capability for the Longbow FCR System. The proposed effect will result in the enchancement of the existing FCR System by minimizing the performance degration of the FCR due to rotor blade interference. The JV will also generate a Mode Description Document (MDD) to define the algorithm and system requirements necessary to implement the PBS Mode in the FCR System. There is not technical data package.
