Concerns having the ability to provide a Community Corrections Center facility and services for male and female Federal offenders. Interested offerors are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice. Services required to include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunities and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Tupelo, Mississippi area. Estimated number of mandays is 13,140 (9,490 males/3,650 females) for the base period. Estimated RFP issue date is o/a March 4, 1996. Estimated closing date is o/a May 6, 1996. Contract base period is two years, with three one-year options. Estimated number of mandays is 6,935 (5,110 males/1,825 females) for option year one; 7,300 (5,475 males/1,825 females) for option year two; and 7,665 (5,475 males/2,190 females) for option year three to renew.
