REQUIREMENT WILL INCLUDE: SEQUENTIAL RECEIPT OF AIRCRAFT FROM THE OGDEN AIR LOGISTICS CENTER PROGRAMMED DEPOT MAINTENANCE (PDM) FACILITY AND THE SEQUENTIAL FERRY OF THE AIRCRAFT TO ROMANIA; IN-COUNTRY TRAINING OF ROMANIAN FLIGHT CREWS AS WELL AS MAINTENANCE AND LOGISTICS TECHNICIANS; ALL SPARES TO SUPPORT A ROMANIAN DESIGNATED OPERATIONAL READINESS RATE; NON USAF SUPPORTED TECHNICAL DATA UPDATES AND REVISION SERVICE TO INCLUDE STOCK, STORE AND ISSUE; AIRCREW AND MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL ACADEMIC AND PRACTICAL TRAINING; CONVERSION OF THE AIRCRAFT INSPECTION CONCEPT TO A FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION/INTERNATIONAL CIVIL AVIATION ORGANIZATION (FAA/ICAO) APPROVED CONTINUED AIRWORTHINESS PROGRAM (CAP); ALONG WITH CLS TECHNICIANS TO INSPECT, REPAIR, SERVICE AND MAINTAIN THE AIRCRAFT FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE FIRST AIRCRAFT IN-COUNTRY. THE REQUIREMENT WILL REQUIRE AN AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE QUALITY CONTROL PROGRAM TO ENSURE ALL MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES ARE ACCOMPLISHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ACCEPTED COMMERCIAL PRACTICES AND TO MAINTAIN A SAFETY PLAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH ACCEPTED COMMERCIAL PRACTICES.
