This is a Presolicitation Notice/Procurement for fifty-one (51) C-26 Aircraft. The Air Force is issuing an RFP for Contractor Logistics Support, including all maintenance, repair of spares and servicing the C-26 aircraft commercially identified as a Fairchild Aircraft Incorporated Model SA227, modified to include mission systems. These aircraft are presently operated and maintained at 32 CONUS locations and 2 OCONUS locations, Hawaii and Puerto Rice. The aircraft will continue to be maintained to FAA standards. Contractor will be required to have FAA licensed personnel, access to FAA approved repair stations and to conduct inspections in accordance with FAA approved maintenance schedules. Government approved temporary and permanent modifications will be incorporated. Engineering services will be provided under a separate contract. Oklahoma City ALC will evaluate technical expertise and management capabilities with consideration given to the offerors quality and transition plans. Cost/price data will be required. Government furnished property includes hangar space, some support equipment, office equipment, office space, parts storage and utilities.
