The following information is provided to do a Market Survey of Industry to see if there are any potential contractors, in addition to TRW, Inc., who have the skills and knowledge required to complete this effort. The government intends to establish a basic noncontinuous engineering service (requirement type) contract. The contractor shall perform system engineering/technical assistance support the intercontinental ballistic missile systems. Engineering Support (non-continuous) delivery order effort, to include travel, computer services, material and all required data delivered for a 3 year period, basic and two one-year options. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with onlly one, or a limited number of sources, under authority of FAR 6.303 for which an appropriately approved J&A has been accomplished. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement, make contact with the firm(s) listed.
